A special article from a pair of travelling members.  "We would like to thank the  organisors for wonderful organisation of the 10th birthday celebrations at Casino Village RV Resort NSW.

This was an ideal location to hold this important event in the life of our Club. The coach tours were wonderful, and it is great to see and learn about an area without driving, as we were all relaxed having a good time. Must get some more herbs from Nimbin Ha Ha!

On the way home we travelled the Newell Hwy. calling into Dubbo Western Plains Zoo. Members, get your tickets from your motor Club and save.  It has been over 17 years since our last visit to this zoo and there has been lots of changes in that time.

Our next stop Forbes, there is a new Motor Museum McFeeters has only been open for a few months, and must say it is the best Motor Museum we have visited.  The man himself took us on a detailed tour and explained all exhibits and history. There is a gift shop and prices are quite reasonable. The Car Cafe services very good and well priced meals and eats, if you need there is a cellar door and tastings and sales of local wines.  This is a very light and clean museum purpose built to house this collection of meticulously restored motor vehicles ranging from 1905 veterans, vintage, classics and custom cars, some common and others bizarre.

There is something for everybody and fashions from that period. Another good point is the price seniors discount.  So if you are passing through Forbes call in and let them know you are from the caravan Club, You will be rewarded.
